First 25 Habits
Habit #1 - Drinking warm water on empty stomach
Habit #2 - Mindful Intention Setting/ breathing / plan a day: Choose a positive thought or goal for the day.
Habit #3 - No Packaged Food for 3 Days a Week
Habit #4 - Eating a fruit every day.
Habit #5 – Perform Suryanamaskar ( Sun salutation ) – start with 4 … 12… 20… 100
Habit #6 - Bathing with salt or salt water(2-3 times)
Habit #7 - Eat green leafy veggies (at least 3 times a week)

Habit #9 - Walk After Meals: A 10-minute walk after lunch and dinner aids digestion
Habit #10 - Don’t Drink Water 30 Minutes Before or After Meals
Habit #11 - Mix Your Grains – Millet, Rice, and Quinoa!
Habit #12 - Start Your Day with a Win!–Make Your Bed right after waking up
Habit #13 - Eat One Handful of Nuts or Seeds Daily – a power pack of protein, good fats, and minerals.
Habit #14 - Chew Food Slowly (20–25 times per bite) – aids digestion and helps prevent overeating.
Habit #15 - Drink Smart: Tips to Stay Hydrated Without Even Trying
Habit #16 -Write Down One Gratitude Each Night – ends the day on a positive, calming note.
Habit #17 – Make Veggies your First Bite – In every meal, take your first bite from veggies, then protein (dal, paneer, egg, sprouts) to keep energy steady.
Habit #18 – Practice Hummimg Breathing (inhale-hold-exhale) – just 1 minute to calm your mind.
