Ingredients:
4 cups cauliflower florets(big pieces)
1 medium chopped tomato
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp caraway seeds
1 pinch asafetida
5-6 curry leaves(optional)
½-1 tsp chili powder(depends on the heat level you like)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
Cilantro to garnish
